Her career spans renowned establishments, including Belo Medical, where she excelled as Head Esthetician and VIP Skin Care Therapist for Estée Lauder Inc. She has also been a face and body trainer at The Broadmoor Hotel and a treatment demonstrator at international skincare conventions under Germaine De Capuccini.
However, Richelle's journey took on a deeper meaning after surviving a near-death experience, which became the catalyst for her true purpose—helping others not just with skincare, but with overall wellness. This profound realization led her to expand Beyond Skincare into a sanctuary, where clients can bloom, glow, and go beyond.
Richelle is deeply hands-on in every detail of Beyond Skincare’s treatments, ensuring that each service reflects her intensive skills, knowledge, and heartfelt dedication. She personally trains and mentors her team, making sure that every staff member is highly skilled, well-equipped, and fully aligned with her mission—to provide transformative care that allows clients to radiate confidence from within.
